We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused (other than to try it on), with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can register via the customer portal. You will then receive an email confirmation and can return the item(s) at your own expense. All returns must be sent within 7 days of registering the return or you will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Final Sale
All Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges are possible but not guaranteed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you register a return and request an exchange, the exchange item is not guaranteed.


refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
